Listing description
It's our "little house", our casita in Spanish, and we traveled and lived in it for several months. We have been across the US several times in, staying in national parks, state parks, national forests, by lakes and rivers, at the seachore and even onto some islands. It's our pleasure to share our casita with you -- perfect comfort and everything you need to live and travel without worries.
What’s included
What's included? Everything we needed. Hot and cold water, propane for cooking and for cold weather, a fridge and freezer for stocking up, an oven and stove for cooking gourmet on-the-road meals, an over cab bed for two with a ladder, a dropdown table converting to a bed for two, and a queen bed for mom and dad. Shower (hot water in the morning is great), toilet that is easy to work with a foot pedal, 40 inch TV for cable hookups, tools, blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, plenty of cabinet space, utensils, cook pots and knives, a bike rack if you want, backup camera for safety, USB connections and chargers, air conditioner (boy, that was a must sometimes), generator when you are in the boonies, lounging chairs for the campfire---on and on and on. Let us know your special requests and we will try to meet them.
Things to know
Gas is expensive. We were traveling when gas was 3.25 a gallon--it's higher now. So plan your trip carefully. Best choice is to pick one or two spots where you want to stay, make sure they have space available for your proposed dates, and stock up on everything you need at Walmart before you hit the road. If you are staying in RV campgrounds, it's a lot easier to reserve a spot for a RV under 30 feet like ours than the road monsters that some people use. But get your reservation, so you are not spending the night in a truck stop or a Walmart parking lot or beside the road. WE WILL DISCUSS GAS REFILL CHARGE AT TIME OF RENTAL. I CHARGE $6 per GALLON IF RETURNED WITH LOWER GAS THAN WHEN RENTED. I WILL FILL BEFORE RENTING.
