Wow. This was an experience from hell. Lisa messaged me before the rental started and we were both in the understanding that we would be using the generator and the bathrooms in the camp site since there were no water, electric, or waste hookups. RV was delivered, the generator did not work so they went to get a new one. They came back and refused to reenter the campsite to hook the new one up. Instead they gave us the new generator and gas cans and none of us know how to hook any of it up. After reading how to do so we realized it did not have an important cord we needed which took us 6 hours to find and majority of that was walking from the camp site to stores. When we entered the RV there were several cockroaches and ants. I paid $100 cleaning fee for a dirty camper. On last day of the rental I was called several times first thing in the morning basically getting kicked out of the RV. We left and she agreed that since we had no time to replenish the gas, that the $50 cord we got would suffice for that charge. Here's my favorite part, I get a message that Lisa is requesting changes to the RV rental agreement. She wants to charge for the gas AND a $500 fee for smoking in the RV. Not a single one of us that camped in the RV even smoke. She also tried getting us to pay for the waste disposal, there was already a $100 waste disposal fee automatically tacked on the rental evem not being able to use them. Oh we also dealt with several LIVE roaches and ants throughout our stay.
