Rented Janet’s Sprinter Van for a 7 day road trip. Both she and Ren took a lot of time helping me to understand how to use all the features of their van. Ren provided 24/7 phone support. With the exception of an intermittent ignition error code, their van ran perfectly fine. At the end, Janet compensated me for the inconvenience the intermittent error code caused. What great customer service!
