Jewel and her husband were very easy to work with for our first RV rental. The RV itself was not in the best shape. The shower was unusable, smelt like death. Make sure to check the grey, black, and fresh water tanks BEFORE taking the RV. We failed to check the levels until arriving at our destination 2 and a half hours away and found out both grey and black were full. They reimbursed us for the amount we had to pay to get it pumped out, which was appreciated, but shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. We went over all of these problems with the owners after returning the RV and he said he was going to go through it before renting again, so hopefully the issues we had won't be other peoples issues as well.
