Cathy was pleasant to work with. She was patient with me as I attempted to be thorough with the rental of My Trailer. She seemed to have a basic understanding of renting/using a trailer.

On the downside the trailer was brought back with a dead battery. The battery was new but it was so dead it wouldnt hold a charge after trying for 3 days. It had to be replaced. Also despite discussing it would be ok if she didn't empty the Black/Grey water tanks, it definitely would have appreciated more if it came back empty.

Update - Cathy was a very kind and honest woman. When I found out the battery needed to be replaced. I thought I would have to file a claim and go through the rental agency and insurance. Instead she worked directly with me to replace the battery. It was a pleasure to work with Cathy.
