The RV itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication throughout the rental process was excellent. The owner was responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions.
Pickup and drop-off also went smoothly, although I have to add a tip for future renters: ask ahead of time for what pickup time would be.
Overall, the RV and communication were great, but beware of the amount of extra fees added on afterward. What initially seemed like a fair rental price became much more expensive once all the additional charges were included.
