Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize that the RV was not prepared to the standard our customers should expect and that your concerns were not acknowledged promptly after the rental.

The issues described were primarily housekeeping and minor interior hardware concerns. They did not affect the RV’s drivetrain, roadworthiness, appliances, plumbing, electrical system, or overall ability to complete the trip safely. Nevertheless, cleanliness and proper preparation are extremely important to us, and this condition was unacceptable.

Since this rental, we have replaced the previous cleaning crew and hired a professional cleaning company to thoroughly clean and inspect our RVs between every reservation. We have also addressed the table bracket, drawer latch and retaining straps, secured the coffee maker, inspected the rear seating and seat belts, removed all personal items, and cleaned the cabinets and exterior storage compartments.

The $70 excess-mileage charge was separate from these concerns and was based solely on the mileage allowance agreed to in the rental reservation.

We appreciate this feedback because it helped us identify areas where our previous turnover process fell short. We have taken corrective action and are confident that future renters will receive a clean, properly inspected, and well-prepared RV.
