This was the worst rental/experience my wife and I have ever rented too/ been through. We both do not know how much damage has been done to the sewage system because paper towels, tampons, and other items were forced and flushed down the toilet. There was vomit in the sink in the bathroom, and also the kitchen sink. There was garbage and trash everywhere all throughout the coach. The air conditioners were set at 31 degrees, and they were frozen solid. The generator was also used when it’s specifically not supposed to be used. It was empty on fuel. The batteries on the coach were so low, we were barely able to pull the sliders or awnings in. The propane tank was empty, when that was not supposed to be used as well. Liquor, random liquids were spilled all over the floors. The washer and dryer was used as well, which were not allowed to be used, and they were filled with vomit covered towels. The cleaning that has to be done, and the damages that have been done to our Coach are unacceptable. We expect to be compensated especially for the damages to our sewage system.
