Kwan and Jimmy took wonderful care of the RV and left it in excellent physical condition. However, communication regarding standard rental terms was challenging. They requested an early pickup outside our listed 3:00 PM check-in time to avoid traffic. We explained we could not accommodate it this time due to our strict cleaning schedule, but kindly offered to arrange an early pickup for them on a future rental. Despite our listing being 100% clear about this schedule, they used their review to alert future renters about pickup times when there was absolutely no issue on our end. They also requested to bypass our mandatory, upfront prep and tank package to avoid the fee, which was clearly itemized before booking. Despite being charged $0.00 in post-trip fees and staying well within our mileage policy, they left a review claiming surprise fees were added afterward. While they treat physical property beautifully, future hosts should ensure they thoroughly understand your listed schedule and pricing structure before the trip begins.
