First time renter is very true. We are not novices. New to this site but have great reviews on other sites.

We did get new hoses installed on our gas tanks and did not realize they put the wrong connector on. Gas is our mistake and for that, we do apologize. This is the only time that has ever happened.

I did drive 30 minutes one way to get you a griddle when I realized the problem. But I explained to you that you would not be able to run it with other appliances. I guess since this was your first time, you don’t realize that campers aren’t like houses!

Outlets not working is false. EVERY outlet works!

You, being a new renter, left the bathroom vent open and a little rain got in. This could’ve been fixed by simply closing the vent! And you tore up the highlight screen!

I’ve had the camper hooked up since its return. I have the air conditioner running in 90+ degree weather and am not having any water anywhere leaking.

I asked you when I set it up if you needed the awning out because storms were predicted and you were under good tree coverage. YOU said no. It has a beautiful electric awning. You could’ve put it out with the simple push of a button.

There are outside lights as well as outside music and I showed you how to turn both on.

Had you decided to call us, since we did provide our number, we would’ve done our best to correct your issues. But you chose this route instead.
