When a renter doesn't inform you that they will be putting over 4500 miles on your RV in 10 days and returns it with items broken ( such as the DVD player ripped out of the bunk ceiling) and full of dog hair under the slides and a big wet spot in the middle of the front drive seats then you know you will never rent to them again. We were truly disappointed in the whole rental process and the lack of respect for our second home as well as the lack of communication that a oil change would have been needed just from his rental time.
