This was our first time rolling down the highway in a motorhome, on the road from Feb 3 thru Feb 27, 2022.
James has a pretty terrific vehicle. It met all of our expectations and met our primary need of keeping us out of multiple motels/hotels during the course of our journey. As we cook, most of our meals were prepared in the galley. It is tight, but that was an expected trade-off of traveling as we were.
As newbies we had a variety of questions during the early days of our trip and James made himself available to handle all of them.
We rated our experience as 4 Stars. Our experience was very good. The only reason that we did not provide 5 Stars is the size of the vehicle and James cannnot change that. During our trip we realized that, for us, Serenity was too small. Remember, we were on the road for 25 days both driving and parked. We truly lived in the motorhome. We discovered that the size motorhome we would need to be day-to-day comfortable is so big that we can't envision ourselves driving that monster down the road.
Serenity was comfortable (including the bed), easy to drive & easy to backup.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip and would recommend both James and his motorhome.

Our rental experience with James was a positive one. His RV was clean with ample storage space and nice amenities, but also compact enough for easy driving and maneuverability. We really liked the two slides that gave us extra room. James made videos, uploaded to YouTube, that gave helpful details about the RV. Also, there were times on our trip when we had specific questions, and when we called or texted James, he immediately responded. We will consider renting again with him.
