Great rig perfect for my golf outing. The RV owners were amazing to work with and flexible.

This camper was perfect for our needs. My husband and I camped for 4 days with our 2 young children. Some instructions (maybe a manual kept in the camper) on set up procedures, leveling, tank draining, etc would have been helpful but we were able to figure everything out.

This was a nice camper. However, I would recommend asking a lot of questions before picking up the camper. For example, make sure you know who will greet you when you arrive, who will meet you when you return the camper, and what time you are expected to drop it off so someone can come out to get the keys. If no one will be there, make sure you know exactly where to leave the keys.

The only way we were able to communicate with the owner was through the app. When we arrived, we messaged him because we thought he would come out and greet us, but it ended up being his daughter. When we tried to ask her questions about the camper, she wasn't able to answer many of them because she wasn't very familiar with it.

When we returned the camper, the app was down, so I tried contacting the owner for over two hours. He eventually responded and said the app was also down on his end. By that time, we had already arrived, unhooked the camper, and weren't sure where to leave the keys because his house was gated and we couldn't go up to the door. I messaged him that we were planning to leave the keys in his mailbox, and he eventually responded and said that was fine.

Another thing that would have been helpful to know ahead of time was whether we needed to bring our own sewer/draining kit. We had told the owner that we could empty the camper before returning it, but when we got to the dump station, we couldn't find the draining kit. We thought the kit was going to be provided but it wasnt.
