Happy to help renter out in a jam, however was not satisfied with condition of unit upon pick-up. Some small damages that I was able to repair on my own relatively easily, but biggest issue was that upon pick-up spent an hour cleaning a clog from the toilet system. Appeared that non-RV toilet paper was used, causing the clog. Additionally, trash, hygiene items, and a few articles of clothing were left behind in the trailer and on the park site.
