We rented this RV for a different experience as a family! Sissy and Luis were so helpful throughout the entire process. They were in constant contact before the pick up date and were even offering a pack and play and baby tub for us to use for our 6 month old! They put my mind at ease prior to leaving for sure! When we went to pick it up, they were very thorough and made sure we understood everything about the trailer and were confident before take off. When we were leaving, they told us to text or call for any problems which also gave us a sense of comfort. We loved everything about this RV. It was well stocked with absolutely everything we could’ve needed and more! The throw pillows made it so homey and comfortable. There was even a camera behind the trailer that you had in your car that made it easy for changing lanes and just seeing behind you. My family will definitely be renting from Luis and Sissy again and create many more memories with our family!
