Rented Ky's new Thor for a family weekend in Indiana. Let me start by saying, what a superb host he and his wife were. They could not be more accommodating to make our experience perfect. Frankly it's a big leap of faith to rent your new "baby" to a complete stranger. Ky took time to make us feel comfortable, and knowledgeable about the nuances of operating and recreating in this lovely unit. Additionally, he let me know that it was completely OK to contact him during the rental in the event we had any questions or troubles (which we did NOT). This is virtually a new RV, and it performed flawlessly--and made for a terrific family weekend. I cannot say enough good things about the entire rental experience with Ky and his wife.
