This trailer worked great for our purposes most days. We only slept in the trailer and cooked outside because that's what we do and it's easier. Owner had short videos on YouTube explaining all functions of his trailer that we could watch before picking it up. That was very helpful. However, owner claimed it had AC. It never worked and it was stifling in the trailer for the 2 nights we needed AC when in and around Salt Lake City area. We told owner the first day and nothing happened. He only said sorry. Owner said since we didn't call him after the first day, he thought AC worked. Even if we wanted to call him, cell service is spotty in the parks. This is after we told owner that we were heading to Yellowstone NP where it is known to be cold at night, which it was. Several nights it was in the 40's in both Yellowstone and Grand Teton NPs. Duh, why do you need AC then? I'm sure owner knew it would be colder there as he lived in Utah and had been to the same areas we went on this rental. Last day in Salt Lake City the night before we brouhgt trailer back, it was super stifling in the trailer again because AC did not work. No sleep that night. AC blew only warm air no matter what temp we put it on, and no air movement if we opened windows. Again, "sorry" was the owner's only answer. We thought he might come out and look at it for us, but he did not. If you rent this trailer, turn on AC before leaving his house.
