Jennifer and Jeff were great during the entire rental process! Jeff helped set up the unit to our car and gave me a complete tour of the unit and how everything functions. This being our first RV experience we had a lot of questions but they were very courteous and helped explain how things worked. We kept in contact using the Good Sam app which was nice. We had such a great time we kept the unit for an additional day which Jennifer was nice enough to add on for us. We had a great time, everything in the unit worked great, and they were terrific to work with!
