DELIVERY ONLY! Take the grandkids glamping. Get them off the screens and into nature. Enjoy the comforts of home in a campground setting. But we do all the work. Our 30’ travel trailer is fully stocked with everything you need for a great family vacation. It sleeps 6. The private master bedroom features a queen pillow top mattress. The dinette and sofa both fold down into a bed. It has central heat & air and a full kitchen complete with a coffee maker. We even include the coffee! A Pack N Play is available upon request. Choose any campground within 50 miles of Fort Smith. We require a 2 night minimum. No pets. No smoking. This is a fully stocked Airbnb camper. All dishes, cookware, utensils, linen, towels, grilling tools, board games, soap, paper towels and toilet paper are provided.

Things to know
Please don’t change babies on beds or couches without a changing pad.
Please don’t allow children to play with the games unsupervised. We don’t want lost pieces. Games are located under bench by kitchen.
For outdoor cooking, please use grill tools located in pantry. Keep kitchen utensils inside camper.
Please do not pull slide in.
Be careful with your hot water. Camper tanks are not like house tanks. They are small so showers have to be limited and spaced apart.
Please don’t flush anything in the toilet except the RV paper provided. Dispose of feminine products (including tampons) in the trash.
Please take your trash to the dumpster before you leave.
Please be courteous to your neighbors when playing music and be aware of the outdoor speaker volume.
If bad weather is approaching, please bring in awning. The switch is just inside the kitchen door.
Please lock up when you have to step away.
Outdoor shower is located by hitch. Please use it if you’re muddy or sandy so you don’t bring it inside the camper. Key is located on hooks by kitchen door.
Stove has electronic igniter so you have to click it a few times just like you do a propane grill.
Please wash any dishes you use.
Please don’t take bath towels to pools or lakes. They are to stay inside the camper at all times.
