This cute little pull behind has all the necessary amenities for your weekend camping trip. The floors have been updated with LVP to provide a waterproof floor. It is equipped with air conditioning and hot water, refrigerator and a 30 amp electrical service.

What’s included
We will furnish pillows and sheets for the beds. We also supply sewer and water hoses as well as leveling squares.
Things to know
An excessive cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if the unit is returned in a condition that will require in depth cleaning including but not limited to dirty showers and toilet, dirty kitchen areas, odor removal, mud inside or outside the unit requiring moping or power washing. We expect a little dirt but please be courteous and keep it clean. The holding tanks are empty when you pick it up and should be empty upon your return.
A $50 tank disposal fee will be assed if any tanks still contain liquid.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside our units - A $2,000 Incidental smoking fee will be charged if smoking renovation is needed.
If you would like to have the fresh water tank can be filled prior to your rental if you so desire just let us know.
Alos, the awning is manual and a little tricky to operate but we are happy to show you how.
