Our fifth wheel is a 2012 Heartland Sundance, it had been a smoke free/pet free camper.. It truly feels like a house on wheels. The 3 slide outs provide an ample amount of space. Included is a beautiful kitchen with and a large sink. A large fridge and freezer, a propane powered stove and oven, and microwave. Plenty of cabinet space, 2 pantries (1 outside near the outside kitchen and 1 inside). The kitchen and living room are all in one, including one slide and 2 couches and tons of lighting, fans, storage, and 2 AC unit, it also includes a entertainment cabinet with tons of DVD’s (Kids, Teens and Adult friendly DVD’s) The living room includes a 32" TV with Roku, 2 large windows and plenty of outlets! The bunkhouse bedroom includes a large window, storage, a stand-up closet space, many drawers, 3 bunk/twin beds, 2 TVs, 1 DVD player and many board games. The bathroom has skylight in the full-size shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The master bedroom includes a queen mattress with sheets & comforter (please bring your own pillows), large closet, dresser, 3 windows, full size mirrors and a 32" Roku TV. It has its own AC as well. All windows have built in shades.

Things to Know
This camper is available for delivery and pickup only. It will be delivered and set up at your campground site. When making your reservation at the campground ensure they know it is 38' long with 3 slide outs and requires 50-amp power. I will deliver/pickup to any campgrounds within 90 miles of Cleveland TN. Delivery is $150 each additional mile after the first 20 miles is $3.00 per mile.
• We do not provide pillows. Please bring your own.
• We DO NOT allow pets! Any evidence of pets/pet damage will result in a $200 penalty fee.
• We will include a manual for your use. This will have any and all information you might need regarding the operation of our fifth wheel including expected condition of RV upon pickup.
• We do not Allow Smoking or vaping inside Camper. Any evidence of smoking/smoke damage will result in a $175 penalty fee.
• Please be respectful and mindful, and always call us with any questions.
• We do not provide pillows. Please bring your own.
