FAQs FOR KEY EXCHANGES:
Q: What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the Camper?
A: Pick-up and drop-off details are semi-flexible and should be discussed prior to booking. Please feel free to send me a message to let me know what time you plan to pick up and drop off the Camper.
Q: If I am having the Camper delivered, what is the plan for dropping off the Camper?
A: At drop off: You must be on-site at the agreed-upon time. If occurring at a campsite, you must check-in prior to my arrival. You will text me your campsite number and I will meet you at your campsite. I will then level the camper and hook up the electrical. Please Note: If there is not a fresh water bib at your specific campsite, I can fill the fresh water tank at the water fill station at the campground for a small fee (See add-ons). Therefore, check your campsite details prior to booking.

A: At pick up: Prior to my arrival at the agreed-upon time, you must complete the following tasks: have all of your property removed from the camper, dump all tanks (fresh/grey/black), and have the camper generally cleaned and tidy. Before you depart, I will walk through and inspect for damage. Please Note: If there is not a sewer hookup at your specific campsite, I will be required to dump your tanks for you for a small fee (See add-ons). Therefore, check your campsite details prior to booking.
