Units include 4 persons, allowing 2 added guests. Linens furnished for those added guest.
All units are completely furnished with essential needs. We take pride in producing the cleanest units - HANDS DOWN! All units are DETAILED CLEAN, OZONE TREATED and SANITIZED, delivering the very best for you, your family and guests.
IMPORTANT! *Renters must select the $375 Mandatory Setup/Tear Down Fee in the add-ons. This is REQUIRED for every rental. If this fee is not selected, we will need to add it. Rentals will not be confirmed until this fee is added.*
RATES: $175 nightly except on Friday & Saturday nights, which will be $180 nightly.
Discounts on weekly and monthly rates.
EXTRA CHARGES IF APPLICABLE:
CLEANUP FEE: A $75 cleanup fee will ONLY be charged if we find our units were left BEYOND our normal expected condition.
MISSING ITEMS: We will account for everything that has been furnished in our units with the exception of toiletries soaps. Any items removed from what has been furnished will be charged to the renter.
DAMAGES: Any damages not noted prior to rental.
FIRM RULES: NO PETS AND NO SMOKING!. ANY EVIDENCE A $500 PENALTY FEE WILL BE ASSESSED!!! We want to produce the same clean and sanitized unit to our next renter as you have received.
