Honda 3000i inventor(generator) permanently mounted, coffee maker, leveling pads, weight distribution hitch with sway bar.
Things to know
We remodeled the interior to give us more space when camping. The couch will fold down to an additional sleeping area. The mattress is upgraded. The GVWR is 6900 pounds which will require a half ton truck with hookups for the wiring. The awning is electric and functional.
An excessive cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if the unit is returned in a condition that will require in depth cleaning including but not limited to dirty showers and toilet, dirty kitchen areas, odor removal, mud inside or outside the unit requiring moping or power washing. We expect a little dirt but please be courteous and keep it clean. The holding tanks are empty when you pick it up and should be empty upon your return.
A $50 tank disposal fee will be assed if any tanks still contain liquid.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside our units - A $2,000 Incidental smoking fee will be charged if smoking renovation is needed.
If you would like to have the fresh water tank can be filled prior to your rental if you so desire just let us know.
