Could include 4 camping chairs, fold out table, Deep Fryer, smokeless grill, Large chopping board, receiver hitch, miscellaneous tools and supplies, Large grill cooking utensils, toaster, kitchen tools and silverware, baggies, Keurig coffee pot, coffee mugs, stack solo cups, cooking pans set/ Pyrex/ cast Iron / etc. , cleaning supplies, Vita Mixer heavy duty for making adult beverages, popcorn popper, Cards, Crown Five game, dominoes, Some RV toilet paper, bath linens, Bed sheets and blankets etc....
Things to know
* Absolutely no smoking/vaping. Any evidence and your cost to mitigate odors will be applied. Pet friendly, however you are responsible for damage and odor.
*Delivery for a fee, Minimum charge is $150. The mileage charge is $1.00 per mile driven to and from delivery and pick-up.
*Luggage or Ice Chest Rack locked on receiver hitch and rated for 500 pounds.
*EZTAG installed for your convenience where accepted .
*Kitchen has heavy duty paper plates 2 sizes – oblong and large round and regular dishware.
*We have added a second backup camera for better visibility.
* A Bluetooth Speaker is in cup holder with charger feel free to use.
*Windows have been tinted with clear UV and Sun protection with some tint in front and all other windows tinted. During extreme hot days over a hundred it really helps.
*Dish Satellite works only when stopped. It is a dual receiver that works both TV's inside. The outside TV is connected to the manual antenna then you scan TV station's with remote for more local when stopped.
