Come and enjoy our lovely Jayco Jay Flight! We call the rig "Roman" from the movie Great Outdoors! This perfect family RV comes with a spacious full walk around master bedroom with a super comfy bed, 2 large bunks with windows, a dinette that opens up to a bed and a sofa bed. The rig will sleep 6-8 people. The sofa bed really is only good for 1-2 smaller people. The kitchen is perfect with a large island w/ sink, oven, gas range, microwave, fridge, and freezer. In addition there is an outdoor shower, kitchen with a microwave, two burner gas stove, and a fridge. The bathroom is large with an oversized shower and a door to the outside. This shower has an updated shower handle with great pressure, large sliding glass door, and plenty of room for tall people to fully stand up. 2 slide outs in the middle make the living area HUGE and open.

Our rig also has a top of the line electrical system perfect for boondock camping. 2 lithium 1300 batteries & a Victron 3000 inverter/converter giving you tons of power. Run multiple electrical items at once.

Indoor trained pets are ok, absolutely NO smoking or vaping in or near the trailer please, a $1,500 fee will be charged if any type of cigarette smoke is detected.

This trailer is 7.772 lbs dry weight. Be sure your vehicle has a tow rating at LEAST 500 lbs above this. Most 3/4 ton will have no problem, & some 1/2 tons can tow it. Please do your research if you’re towing. Your vechicle MUST have a break controller.

Included are all the things you will need, both in terms of hitching it up and connecting it in a campsite, and also all the kitchen supplies you will need, coffee maker, pot/pans, etc. We include a generator at no charge but it must be locked up with a provided lock if left out. We can also include camping supplies of various kinds and kid toys if needed. The RV does come with a TV/DVD player it's just not in the photos. Also a Playstation 4.

Our rig also comes with a built in backup camera which makes it much easier to park and change lanes.

Training: Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV. This orientation will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with a RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.

Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.

DELIVERY FEE: Delivery will be on a case by case basis depending on my availability (Please message me). Delivery and setup fee is a minimum of $350 and the max distance is 50 miles from Rocklin.
CLEANING FEE: $250 Unless RV comes back the exact same went out. You must clean it before you return or the cleaning fee will be charged.
LOST KEYS - $160.00 will be charged if applicable
DUMPING FEE - $200.00 unless you empty holding tanks yourself and bring them empty.
