Delivery & Setup Available:
If you're not planning to drive the RV, I’m happy to deliver, set up, and pick up the motorhome locally. This can save you the stress of navigating mountain roads if you're unfamiliar with them.

Please message me to discuss your delivery needs. Depending on the distance and location, an additional fee may apply.

Fuel & Tank Policy:
The RV will typically be delivered with:
• A full tank of diesel
• A full tank of propane
• A ¼ tank of fresh water
• Emptied black and gray tanks

Please return it in the same condition.
If not, the following fees may apply:

• Fuel Refill Fee: Up to $500, charged based on the prorated amount of diesel and propane used
• Dumping Convenience Fee: $100 if the black and gray tanks are not emptied

Note: If I deliver and pick up the RV and you do not travel with it, I can waive the refill and dumping fees.

No Smoking Policy:
We have small children, so please respect the NO SMOKING rule. If there is any evidence of smoking of any kind, a $500 fine will apply. Additionally, a $1,200 Ozone Treatment Service fee may be charged to restore the RV.
