Bathroom has shower /sink and toilet, we will include 4 rolls RV toilet paper. There are (3) 20 LB LP tank on front with propane for stove/furnace and water heater (there is also a backup 110 water heater). All water tanks will be full when you pick RV trailer up. Please make sure all tanks are dumped before returning or an additional charge will be applied. This RV comes with both the 5th wheel and the goose neck king pins whichever you'd prefer to hook to the truck. Generator and gas grill available for a small fee.
