This 12000lb toyhauler is all about glamping. Since it does not have the garage wall it has a very spacious living area for entertaining.
Cabinets are fully stocked with all cookware, utensils, cutlery, paper plates and also loaded with cleaning supplies and paper products. Still plenty of room to store your personal stuff to be comfortable on your vacation.
The linens, towels and pillows are also available for rent. This covers our cost of laundering and eventual replacement.
It has 3 queen size beds, a twin size sofa bed and floor space for another queen mattress. Includes dual AC and an onboard generator to power them. The solar panel and inverter allow for power without noise pollution for morning coffee or late night TV. This unit REQUIRES a 50AMP connection when plugged in to service in order to power both AC units simultaneously.
A fuel station helps keep the toys moving. Main cargo space is 15ft long by 80in wide along with extended cargo space into the kitchen area.
Outdoor cookstove and bbq are always on board.
I do prefer to keep the cleaning fee optional to save you money. However it should be as clean when you leave as when you arrive. If you choose at the end not to thoroughly clean then we will charge appropriately against the deposit. Most have found this to be a simple money
