On the exterior, it has an electric awning with LED lights; outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, storage, and griddle; outdoor speakers; easy access to pass-through storage; and an outdoor shower!
Inside the trailer, you'll find yourself enjoying the cozy living space, whether it's watching TV with your family, or playing games at the dinette. For sleeping arrangements, it has a separate room with a very comfortable queen bed and a sliding door for privacy, a great fold out sofa, and a dinette that turns into a sleeping area as well. Easily accommodating 4-6 adults (depending on size) or a family with children! You'll find the bathroom to be more spacious than many trailers, with plenty of storage too.
The trailer has a full kitchen with a microwave, stovetop, oven, double sink, fridge, and separate freezer. It is fully stocked with things like plates, cookware, silverware, and even a coffee pot for the peaceful mornings spent together.
Hauling is convenient with an electric jack, hitch, and hitch stabilizer- but delivery, setup, and pickup (to and from destination) of trailer is available upon request for a fee.
**Note: If dropping off/picking up on a Sunday, it must be before 8:30 am or after 1:00 pm

Things to know
We are pet people ourselves and want you to be able to bring your furry family members! However, in order to minimize the risk of losing some of your deposit due to pet damage, we only allow up to 2 dogs (no more than 15 lbs each) in the trailer. If your pet(s) do not meet these requirements, please contact us for possible exceptions, pending approval. No other animals allowed.
Hauling is convenient with an electric jack, hitch, and hitch stabilizer- but delivery, setup, and pickup (to and from destination) of trailer is available upon request for a fee.
An SRA (renters agreement) will be emailed to you shortly after booking for your protection and ours. Must be signed within 48 hours or you risk losing the booking
NO smoking or vaping
Dogs that meet the requirements listed above are welcome!
$35 cleaning fee will be taken from deposit if trailer is dropped off dirty, any linens or towels soiled beyond being able to clean in a normal wash, etc.
$75 dump fee will be taken from deposit if grey and black water tanks are not properly cleaned out and ready for the next renter upon drop off
Other possible deductions from deposit are listed in the SRA
No boondocking without approval
A brake controller is highly recommended (helps you stop with the extra weight)
