The unit is self contained with 100 gallon fresh tank, 50 gallon black tank, and 75 gallon grey tank with a 12 gallon gas and electric water heater for nice, hot showers. The unit has 3 air conditioners and two gas furnaces. It requires a 50 amp electrical service. Sewer and water for full functionality. If glamping is what you’re looking for, this Mobil Suites is the way to go! This RV is for delivery and setup only. I will deliver and setup the RV within 300 miles of N Las Vegas NV 89086. Only the owner is allowed to move the fifth wheel. There is a 60 mile flat rate of 300 dollars and 5 dollar a mile after that up to 300 miles. No smoking or pets allowed in the fifth wheel.
