We welcome you to our family RV. The RV is Loaded!! It works great for our kids and grandkids with a lot of space. Just bring favorite pillow, cloths, food and drinks!!!The RV sleeps 11, with a large bunk house. The double doors with direct access to the bathroom from outside. The small tub makes it easy to give kids and pets a bath. The outside kitchen, and outside shower allows getting messy and cleaning up very easy. The outside awning, double matts, and speakers make for a lot of fun! We will provide large inventory list for you to review/sign and know the many things that comes with the trailer on renting. Please ask if you need anything for your trip, I'm sure we have it and can add-on to the rental.
What’s included
We will provide 4 camp chairs, 2 large outside mats, camping table, double hammock, cookware, utensils, fresh linens, 6 large/6 small towels, towel paper, air freshers, 4 sleeping bags for each sleeping area for added warm if needed. We will provide Camper booklet with easy-to-follow instruction on how to use most of the items in/out of the camper (TV, DVD, Thermostat, Control Panel, Outside kitchen, Inventory list, etc).
We will provide Welcome Booklet with Inventory List that will be signed on Check-in/Walk through/Delivery of the RV. The Welcome Booklet will also have a copy for you of the departure procedures and return procedures for your help and review. We will also go over them on the departure/return for any questions. The Welcome Booklet will have short cuts that we will be going over on the departure/return for your later review if needed. If we have approved a non-contact Pick-up/Check-in/Walk through/Delivery, a copy of the Welcome Package will be email to you for review. Once you have done your walk through and reviewed the Welcome Package, then it needs to be signed and send us a copy. We require no smoking, no festivals, and no tailgating unless approved in contract. The departure and return times will be agreed upon and signed by both parties before the departure of the RV. There will be fees associated if departure/return times are not met unless agreed on by both parties to make changes.

Things to know
We will make sure that tanks will be empty and cleaned after each rental. We require the RV to have Full Hook-up unless been approved. If we have approved a Non-Full Hook-up, both Tanks will need to be dumped and empty. If excess cleaning of tanks needs to be done- a charge of $75 for each tank. Do not flush anything into toilet but RV/Marine toilet tissue. Regularly checking black/gray tank levels in case of blockage. The RV is smoke free, if evidence of smoking and/or damage in RV - you Forfeit your Deposit. We allow pets but if evidence of stains or damage- may Forfeit your Deposit or part of it. We provide 2 propane tanks (excessive usage - $30 each tank-we are flexible-ask if question). Being aware the site/location hook-up (20, 30, or 50 amps). Know if you over running multiple electrical items may trip a breaker.
