This RV feels like new, has a great floor plan, and is great for first timers, experienced RVers, and families alike as it is super easy to drive, park, and set up. The overhead attic has a queen size area, with a weight limit of 500. Another comfortable queen bed is found in the back with a slide-out. The dining table can also easily be converted to a bed which allows sleeping space for up to a total of 6 people. The main seating area is very clean, comfortable, and large. The dining room table is spacious, room for four. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a large sink, three stove top burners, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The fully furnished bathroom has everything you need. There are many windows spread throughout to allow the cool evening breeze in. The RV also comes with blackout curtains for all windows to allow you to keep cool and private. We look forward to sharing our RV with you and hope to leave you with many great memories!

A fee of $150 will be applied if RV is not as clean as when delivered.
A fee of $150 will be applied if the black/grey tanks are not dumped or clogged due to inappropriate use of the toilet.
A fee of $200 will be applied if a late return causes the next reservation failure.
A fee of $750 will be applied if guests smoke inside the RV. (Including odor and sign of ashes)
