My sweet Microlite travel trailer is just the perfect camper with a slide-out for the extra room you're looking for! The primary sleeping area is a queen-size Murphy bed that is extra comfy with an extra 2" memory foam mattress in addition to the standard camper mattress. This area has its own large enclosing privacy curtain, bedside tables, charging stations, and storage. During the day, this converts easily to a small couch with dual recliners that face the indoor Television. The TV is s WIFI and ROKU or Firestick ready and on an extendable swivel mount to view from the dining and main sleeping areas in the unit. There are also two roomy bunk beds with privacy curtains.
The U-shaped dining room table also converts into a larger-than-twin (nearly double) sized bed that will allow sleeping for 2 adults (if you don't mind snuggling). There is an extra foam mattress available, which makes this a very comfortable place to sleep. As mentioned, there are two bunks that will fit 1 teenager or adult or 2 smaller children each.
This unit has a full bathroom with a shower with a skylight, an upgraded shower head, and a small bathtub.
In the kitchen, you will find a microwave, a fully functioning gas oven & a 3-burner cooktop, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
Outside: Outdoor kitchen with gas grills, mini fridge, and outdoor shower. Outdoor TV hookups.

What’s included
The camper comes with lots of extras for no additional charge, and some additional
specialty rental items for a fee if needed.
Fresh bed linens, extra pillows & blankets, bath and hand towels, and washcloths. RV-friendly toilet paper (4 rolls). 2 camping chairs, a 9x12 outdoor mat, a battery-operated lantern, and string lights for fun if you want to put them up.
Basic kitchen appliances: small personal blender, toaster oven, small basket air-fryer, small electric teapot, and 3 mini–ice trays with lids. Mixing bowls, measuring spoons, cups, cookware, a pizza stone, utensils, and outdoor safe cups, bowls, and plates for 6. Basic spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cooking oil. Oven mitts, kitchen linens, and outdoor kitchen linens are also provided.
You will need to provide your own paper supplies (paper towels/plates, food storage supplies (aluminum foil, containers, and plastic wrap), and all of your toiletries except for hand soap and dish soap.
Most important: A coffee pot of YOUR choice, 4 real coffee mugs, coffee for a day or two, filters, and starter sugar & creamer. There is nothing worse than checking in somewhere and realizing there is no coffee for miles!!! Ugh!
Available Coffee Machines: Regular drip 12c. pot w/ timer, a Keurig K-Express, or a Nespresso Vertuo (large dome pods). Also, if you are crazy and really want to rough it, I have an old tin percolator that makes coffee in about 2 hours over a campfire...

Things to know
Check-out is based on the checkout policy of the campsite YOU have rented. Time will need to be allowed PRIOR to that time for us to enter the unit, do a quick walk-through to secure items, take down the site, and hook up for travel (generally 45 minutes to 1 hour).
Well-behaved pets are considered on an individual basis and with a small pet fee, but they should not be left alone in the unit for any reason.
No smoking inside the camper. If there is a heavy smoke odor left behind in the camper from belongings and/or clothing, there is a $500 fee.
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
Otherwise, the cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)
• Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)

Verified tow experience required if you tow the unit yourself.
