Bathroom and Shower: Separate shower from bathroom for privacy, Advanced rain shower head, shampoo dispenser, easy clean sink, and strainers for all drains
Main bedroom: full size bed, closets, additional storage above and below bed.
Steps that go to upper bunk that is a full size location to fit couple or children. Also many cabinets to store toys and clothing.

What’s included
Basement Picnic items, grill setup for internal LPG. Air compressor for water toys, Balls, or tires only if necessary and approved by owner.
Sewer: Hoses; 20'x2 and threaded for systems and all connections. BlACK WATER (toilet and bathroom sink) should only be emptied every other day or every two days depending on use. The GREY WATER can be emptied when full or right after black water so that the hose is rinsed well.
Power: 50 amp, 30 amp, 20 amp for various power needs check in check out list will be reviewed based on need.
Water: Stainless Hoses plenty long and extra hose for shorter distances. Water is filtered with multi level, at input, at sink and can also include at request large softener filters at an extra charge for long stays.
Things to know
A key Factor is ARRIVE, Tell the group to look around, PLAN YOUR LOCATION, BRAKES, LEVEL system, PLUG in 50 amp, DECIDE 1. if holding tanks are full you need to empty if not have a BEER. If water is full take your time and hook up as needed. Four a day stay only empty at end of stay. For a WEEK Hook UP slowly. It's on demand hot water and the LPG tank is full so make sure sewer is hooked up if everyone wants a shower.
It's fun to camp and easy to enjoy, the extra step is green and underneath. There are forks for smores, paper plates and plastic utensils and also dishes.
