Note: the Camper is currently winterized till Spring so dry camping is all that is currently available for this unit till it is de-winterized. This is my 2019 minnie drop 170S with off road package. It’s an awesome little camper perfect for a family of 3 with a dry weight of 2800 lbs which makes it perfectly for vehicles with 3500-4000 lb towing capacity
What’s included
1. Bed sheets for the rv queen and for the dinette conversion
2. Paper towels + 2 extra rolls (3 if the current is less than 50%)
3. Rv safe toilet paper + 2 extra rolls (3 if the current is less than 50%)
4. Bath towels, wash rags, hand towels (3 each for a total of 9)
5. Kuereg pod coffee pot + 9 pods
6. Hand soap for the bathroom
7. Dish soap for the kitchen
9. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils
10. Plastic ware, paper plates, and a pack of disposable cup as well as a few non disposable travel mugs
11. Toaster
12. 75%-full propane tank
13. Broom to clean off the slide out before closing and camper interior

Things to know
1. The A/C system was replaced in august 2024, and one of the cabinet doors rubs against it when opening.
2. The slideout roof must be cleaned off before closing to help keep the interior clean as well as protect the seals
3. If traveling with the camper, before pulling out of your campsite, a walk around must be completed to check for
A. The awning is closed
B. All stabilizer jacks are up
C. Power, water, and sewer are
disconnected and stored in their
correct spots as well as latched
correctly
D. Tires are checked and not low or flat
E. Trailer lights are functioning correctly
F. Trailer connection to the tow vehicle
is done correctly (latch pin latched,
wiring harness connected, safety
chains connected and not dragging
or almost dragging, trailer brake
emergency pull wire is connected)
G. All items included with the rental are
stored in their proper locations
H. Door and storage compartment
doors are closed and locked
