2020 kid-friendly, pet-free, smoke-free (vapor-friendly) trailer. Fully dressed regular size queen bed. There are 3 bunks in the back for the kiddos. One of the bunks can be folded out to make the 3rd bunk. The weight capacity for the bunks is 200#. The couch is also a sleeping option for more kiddos. Five towel sets, a bath matt and toilet paper are provided, as well.
The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils as well as some basic cooking supplies, i.e. flour, sugar, seasoning salt, garlic salt, and onion powder. The kitchen also stocks a toaster, coffee pot, and coffee.
We want you to enjoy your time while with us. The back bunks are also supplied with sleeping bags and pillows and the bathroom with fresh towels. There is also an outdoor carpet to help keep the outside from being tracked inside. Rest assured that we are thoroughly cleaning between guests so that you and your family are as safe as we can make you.
All you need are your clothes and favorite camping food to be prepared in the indoor or outdoor kitchen. The outdoor BBQ uses 1# propane cans, not included. A countertop ice maker is also available as an add-on.

NOTE: If you are planning to park the trailer in a state park that has no power hook-ups, a generator will be required, as the batteries will not run the A/C or the outside kitchen fridge. The minimum wattage of the generator will need to be 4500Watts. We do have a generator that is available, as an add-on.
