AC and heating both available. Fresh water, grey water, and black water heated tanks. Has an electric lighted awning, TV and cable, radio sound with two speakers inside and one outside, fresh water and sewer hosees, 4 stabilizer jacks, chucks, porch 12×9 rug, picnic chairs and more.
Has tons of storage cabinets and drawers all over.
Add ons:
At the moment we have 3 extra 40QT cooler, large and medium screen tent, 15 and 22 gallon grey water tank totes, 200-400w extra portable solar panels, 24 watt generator, (Fee on generator $25 /night flat rate), 2 5/16" ball hitch and a 4 or 7 pin for electric supply to the tail lights that can be provided opon request pending availability.
Delivery : standard delivery time would be around 3pm and Fridays between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. It does not include setup. Setup could be included for a fee. There would be a $50 set up/take down fee that Includes but not limited to: stabilizing and leveling the camper.
