Everyone comes to the mountains to camp!
We are located in the Great Smoky Mountains of NC. We are about 45 minutes East of Asheville in Cullowhee NC, and we would love to share the mountains with you!
Our camper has two bedrooms, full hook-up, power everything, yes including the jacks. Depending on what location you are camping, my husband will deliver, set up, and level the camper for you. He will meet with the renter and go over instructions on our to use items in the camper and give our personal cell in case you have questions or something goes wrong.
We expect honest, trustworthy renters. We will use our camper as well, so please be respectful of the camper. Our children love camping in our trailer. When it’s at home, they “camp” in our yard in the camper. My husband will come and check on you just to make sure all is well and you all are enjoying the trailer. It’s not a property check in. Folks that come to camp, who have never camped before may need a little assistance, so we tend to show the mountain hospitality, and check in to make sure all is well!

What’s included
(1) cooler for drinks
NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE OF ANY KIND. My children stay in the camper as well!
All of the appliances can be used
Depending on location my husband will deliver, level the camper, and set-up 100%(tank lines, power cords… etc
We require that the toilet only be used for urine. Please use the bath house for other restroom needs. If this request is not kept there will be a $50 fee added. If you have never cleaned out camper lines, I urge you to go watch the movie RV with Robin Williams, and you will see why this is a requirement of ours. It’s not pretty!
Chairs to enjoy sitting around the camp fire
Marshmallow sticks for roasting
Projector and movie screen for outside TV. You will need to download movies to your phone to play on the projector.
Air conditioning works, almost too good sometimes.
