- For towing: trailer hitch, sway bars, towing mirrors
- For setup & safety: stabilizer blocks, tandem stabilizers, leveling ramps, 30-amp cable, surge protector, sewer hose, water hose, water filter, RV toilet treatment, RV-safe toilet paper
- Kitchen & dining: dishware and utensils for 4 people
- Sleeping: bedding for up to 4 people
- Extras: 1 full propane bottle (plus remaining propane in the second), 2 camping chairs, 2 drying racks, cordless vacuum, mosquito UV light, foldable outdoor trash can

Available to rent if you’d like a little extra convenience:
- 28-gal mobile tote tank (for gray water)
- All-terrain wagon (150 lb capacity)
- 60-qt Coleman cooler
- 2-burner propane griddle

- 12V/Propane: lights, oven, stove, main fridge & freezer, exhaust hood, radio, built-in BBQ grill, heater, water heater, water pump, bathroom vent, awning, propane detector
- 115V Only: microwave, TV, A/C unit, outlets & USB charger, outside refrigerator
Sewer Hookup
No full hookups? Rent the mobile tote tank to extend your stay. (Just make sure your site has a dump station available.)
Comfort Upgrades
- Custom foldable bathroom sink (cold water only) — installed since Jayco didn’t include one in the original design
- Recently upgraded mattresses on the main bed and lower bunk
- Keyless entry (no lost or broken keys)
- Towels available for rent at checkout if you’d prefer to travel light
