Listing description
The camper van experience gives you flexibility and a carefree camping experience. Whether staying at a campground or completely unplugged, this van is easy to drive, has a great driving view, and can go just about anywhere. In perfect working order, "Lil Miss" is smoke-free, pet-free and well maintained. She comfortably sleeps two people with the sofa extending to a queen size bed. The van features an extra large refrigerator and freezer compared to most vans, a microwave, 2 burner propane stove, propane hot water heater, wet bath and toilet, bike rack, and lots of storage space. A hitched 16 cubic foot StowAway compartment provides extra storage for camping chairs, grill and outdoor rug. This extends the camper van another 3-4 feet to approximately 24 ft long. There is a 12 foot awning that extends to provide shade when you are parked. This van is plug in or off the grid ready with a rechargeable lithium battery and solar panel. Charge the battery as you drive.

Things to know
The best thing about a camper van is that you can go anywhere (except a parking garage or restaurant drive through). You can park a block from Duval Street in Key West or Whiskey Row in Louisville, Kentucky, a parking lot, or a beautiful mountain overlook. Set up camp and sleep overnight. I've been able to do 11 days completely unplugged without filling or dumping with the regular hoses. I do this by catching my fresh water in a bowl in the sink, refilling the water tank with gallon water collected at state parks (funnel provided), and sometimes running the engine in extreme weather when cool air or heat was needed. If the weather is very hot at night, it is recommended to be plugged in, so that you can run the overhead AC and stay cool without turning on the engine to keep the battery charged all night. There is a TV and it picks up the local TV channels. It is not a smart TV, however. I connect my laptop to the TV by HDMI (cable included in the van). Hotspot Wifi from my phone. The van is located in the Tampa Bay area within two hours of the Disney parks, with lots of nearby state parks and natural springs. It is an 8 hour drive to Key West, and 10 hours to the Smoky Mountains. Absolutely no smoking or third-hand smoke allowed. Due to allergies, will not rent to smokers.
