Encore 325 SS, rated at 32' but coach is actually 35' long. We love this RV because it is small enough for State parks but has a lot of storage, outside Kitchen and a King Bed.
We have a Supplemental Rental Agreement to clarify particulars with the RV that will need to be agreed to and signed at departure.

What’s included
We include the basics for living in the RV. Dishes, cooking utensils, appliances so that you should be able to stop by the store for food and be ready to go for the week or more with your own clothes.
This our personal RV, which we regularly use, and it is stocked and ready to go with everything that we use, except food, clothes and toys.
We also include our hitch rack for storage of items like wood, trash, and other dirty items.
You will need to supply your own recreational equipment like bikes, etc. And food. Probably clothes.

Things to know
We do allow use of awning but please remember that they can be damaged and are very expensive to repair. Most other rentals do not include Awning use.
