This 25’ class rv is the perfect size for camping anywhere and easy to drive with back up and blindside cameras It has 2 queen beds-one in the rear of rv and one over cabin , a u shaped dinette that can be transformed into a twin bed, A slide out to make more room, 3 burner propane stove with a built in microwave/convection oven, 10.3 cu. ft. refrigerator, on board gasoline generator,air conditioning, bathroom with shower. Plenty of storage inside and out. Fully automatic awning with speakers and led lights. 40in tv with Amazon fire stick (must log in to your own Amazon account). Pick up time is flexible

2 camping rocker chairs. Camping outdoor mat, towels,(linen provided for rentals over 3 days;must provide pillows), pots, pans, knives cooking utensils, cutting board, and keurig mini with pods, rv toilet paper. Dish soap,Clorox wipes, broom and swifter mops provided
Things to know
Required on return:
Grey/ Black tanks must be emptied ($50 charge if tanks are not emptied)
Propane &gas tank must be filled to pick up level ($10/gal for us to refill)
Cleaned prior to return ($250 will apply if brought back dirty)
With peace and love: No smoking inside the RV of any kind ($2,000 fee if any smoke residue is found)
No burning man or festival with mud: festival must be approved by owner
