Dual A/C requires 50 AMP outlet. 30 AMP will only allow one unit to work. In hot situations with 30 amp, units must be rotated.
Those wishing to go to Sabine ATV in Burkville, TX, must include sewage disposal fee. Must have site reserved and will only deliver to site Areas A-H, with the exception of B-1. Will not deliver to B-1.

Sunday pick up fee (waived for three + day rentals): $ 65
If returned with Sewage $ 100.00 (if not paid upfront)
Excessive Cleaning fee: $150
Stationary Fee - renting on our property : $ 25, per night
