RV Return Guidelines, Post-Trip Charges, and Key Specs
We hope you enjoyed your adventure! Please follow these return guidelines to avoid additional charges.
1. Fuel Tank Refill:
• Return with a full propane tank.
• Fee: $75
2. Emptying Tanks:
• Empty fresh, black, and grey water tanks before return.
• Fee: $50
3. Interior Cleaning:
• Return in the same clean condition (wipe surfaces, sweep, remove trash).
• Fee: $100
4. Exterior Cleaning:
• Remove excessive dirt/mud from the exterior. A rinse is appreciated.
• Fee: $75
5. Late Return:
• Return by the agreed-upon time.
• Fee: $100/hr
6. Missing/Damaged Items:
• Report missing/damaged items (kitchenware, linens, equipment).
• Fee: Replacement Cost + $50
7. No Smoking:
• Smoking is prohibited inside the RV.
• Fee: $250
8. Pet Policy:
• Ensure the RV is returned pet hair-free.
• Fee: $100
9. Prohibited Substances:
• No illegal substances in the RV.
• Fee: Forfeiture of deposit + cleaning fees
10. Key Return:
• Return all keys and equipment (lockbox, GPS).
• Fee: $50 per missing item
