It comes with outside shower, microwave, three burner cooktop and oven, double kitchen sink, ventilation, cold AC, hot heat, full bathroom. Everything you need for your adventures!

4 camp chairs, sewer hoses, fresh water line, full propane tank, 1 six foot bifold table, 4 towels, linens for each bed, dish towels, Welcome care package - pots, pans, cooking utensils, salt & pepper, silverware, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

No smoking, no roof access, and must follow speed limits.
