The Lucky Leprechaun Is a 2022 Coachmen Premier 319MB, at 32ft long.It is very clean with two slide outs which gives a lot of room on the inside of the coach. It has one very clean restroom with a toilet and sink which offers both hot and cold water, and a large clean shower just across the hall. One primary bedroom, also an overhead bunk that can sleep two adults comfortably . A complete kitchen with a sink that offers both hot and cold water, full size refrigerator/freezer that operates on propane battery or land line power, a three burner stove, microwave oven, u- shaped dinette table that will sit 5/6 people comfortably, one couch that sits right across from a 39" retractable" flat screen tv, blu ray DVD player and radio, air conditioning and heat. The Leprechaun is also equipped with charging ports for your cells, a propane fueled generator for power while off the grid camping.
What’s included
Outside the coach, we offer leveling blocks to level out the coach when you arrive to your campsite , and wheel chocks for locking the wheels when parked, water hose for the water hook up and sewer hose for the black water hookup to drain the black water and gray water tanks. A small tool box with a few hand tools only for convenience! and just for fun a corn hole game and a frisbee, four folding chairs, one 8x10 outdoor rug to lay out under the 21' retractable awning . Inside we offer plates cups, cooking utensils, pots pans, a Keurig coffee maker, three bath towels, two rolls of paper towels, three rolls of septic safe toilet paper, no linen provided so please bring your own.
Things to know
This coach is family owned and is enjoyed by our family and grand children. My wife and I both have extreme allergies to cigarette smoke, so please no smoking in the motel home. I want to thank you in advance for your understanding.
