Bedding Provided:
We provide sheets and light blankets for the king bed and bunk beds. Guests are responsible for bringing any additional bedding, comforters, or pillows they may need.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Bring any extra items you need for your meals.

Things to know
1. Maximum Occupancy – Sleeps up to 10 people. Do not exceed this limit.
2. Smoking – To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guest, smoking or vaping inside the RV is not allowed. If evidence of smoking is found , a $200 cleaning fee will be charge to cover odor removal and detailing.
3. Pets – Pets are allowed , a $75 pet fee will be added to your rental .
4. Tanks – Please return the RV with empty gray and black water tanks. If not emptied, a $100 service fee will be applied.
5. Cleaning – The RV should be returned in reasonably clean condition.
6. Damages – Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Report any incidents immediately.
7. Usage & Safety – Drive safely, follow all laws, and do not use the RV for off-road or unlawful activities.
8. Propane – full tank provided.
9. Late Return – Please return the RV at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional fees . $25 per/hour $150 per/day
10. Breakdowns – Report mechanical issues immediately. Do not attempt major repairs without owner approval.
11. Toilet Paper:
Only septic-safe toilet paper is allowed in the RV’s bathroom. Regular toilet paper or paper towels may cause clogs and damage the plumbing.
