We are located about 40 miles from downtown Denver, up HWY 285 (mountain driving), near Staunton State Park (about a 7minute drive from the Elk Creek exit). Tons of camping options this direction!
We often camp with our young kids, so if there's something specific you're needing for your family camping adventure please ask and we will do our best to accommodate!

Some of our personal favorites nearby are Eleven Mile State Park, Wellington Lake and Lost Park wilderness in Jefferson. Only 2.9 miles from our location is Rainbow Roundup Trout Ranch, which offers designated campsites with full hookups as well as a dump station. Easy fishing and access!

What’s included
Fresh linens, pillows, some camping chairs (including kid's size), some dry foods/spices/tea/coffee, tableware and cookware, games, DVD's.
If there's anything else we can include to make your camping experience more comfortable, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Things to know
Two propane bottles are available for use. If returned empty, a fee will be assessed.
A brake controller is required per Colorado law.
The top of the ball for the receiver needs to be 23" to 24" off the ground.
Both the gray and black water tanks must be emptied prior to return, or a $35 fee will be assessed.
You will receive the trailer with a full fresh water tank if needed.
The TV/DVD player will not run without the use of a generator (unless hooked to a power source at campground, etc). Generator can be included for an additional fee ($50/day for the first two days. After two days, it is $25/day).
Pets are welcome but not allowed on the beds or dinette.
No smoking of any kind in the trailer. If you choose to smoke outside, please be sure to do so away from open windows.
Note and respect any fire restrictions wherever you may be camping.
Please return the trailer in the same condition it was provided, or fees will be incurred.
