Things to know
Tailgate & Dry-Camping Rules:
* NO SHOWER: This RV is set up for dry-camping. The shower is physically disabled to prevent holding tank overflows. Sinks and toilets work perfectly!
* TANK LIMITS: Fresh water capacity is limited (35 gallons max). We strongly recommend using public port-a-johns during the day. If the waste tanks overfill due to excessive use, or if unapproved items (wipes, tampons, paper towels) are flushed, a $200 sanitation fee applies.
* NO AWNING: Due to wind liability, the exterior awning is physically disabled. Forcing the awning open will result in a $2,500 replacement fee.
* OUTDOOR GEAR: If WVU chairs or cornhole boards are provided, they must be stored inside the RV when you are away. Guests are fully responsible for the $150 replacement cost if gear is left outside and stolen.
